Seamed Pre-Galvanised Powder Coated Containers

Riveted return lip

Welded return lip

  • These are made from pre-galvanised steel sheet which has zinc coating. We use a technique called lock and form to create the planter. It is then finished with a powder-coating process to a RAL Colour

  • We provide a 5 year structural guarantee.

  • The thickness can vary between 1.0mm and 2.0mm

  • We do not guarantee water tightness for planters due to the lock-forming joint process. However, if we are notified in advance we can seal the container internally.

  • The can last between 15 to 20 years depending on several factors. i.e. maintenance, location of planters, whether they have been lined.

  • As standard this is 20mm and features a rivet, however we also provide a welded option.

Zintec-Chroma

Seamless Zintec Powder Containers

  • These are made from zintec steel sheet that has been electrolytically coated with a thin layer of Zinc. These planters are welded and feature a seamless finish. It is then finished with a powder-coating process to a RAL Colour

  • We provide a 5 year guarantee*.

  • The thickness is 2.0mm

  • The planters are watertight at the corners. To make it fully water-tight at the base, please advise us during the ordering process.

  • The standard return lip is 30mm. We also provide 50mm lip with 20mm return.

  • The can last between 15 to 20 years depending on several factors. i.e. maintenance, location of planters, whether they have been lined.

  • Planters are supplied with drainage holes. If not holes are require, please advise us.

  • You can choose from over 250 RAL colours subject to stock availability with the coaters. We also have a range of metallics and we can order anti-graffiti coating on request.

  • The standard planters are supplied with a flat base. We can make planters with 15mm feet on the container. We can also add channel feet for pallet truck access if necessary.

  • We can make most shapes, troughs, cubes, cylinders, etc.

  • The standard return lip is 30mm. We can provide a 20mm return.

  • The can last between 20-30 years depending on several factors. i.e. maintenance, location of planters, whether they have been lined.

  • The standard planters are supplied with a flat base and optional 15mm feet. We can also add channel feet for pallet truck access if necessary.
